Sheri Lee Sedlacek

God called his Angel, Sheri Lee (Lanko) Sedlacek home on Saturday August 24, 2019. She was 41, born November 15, 1977 in Battle Creek, Michigan, the daughter of Johnny L. and Marjorie A. (Hardy) Lanko. She graduated from Battle Creek Central High School in 1997. She was currently employed by II Stanley as a Lab Technician.

Shortly after high school Sheri married Greg Lovett which ended in divorce. They had two children: Gabrielle and Corbin Lovett.

Sheri remarried for a short time which ended in divorce.

She is survived by her mother, Marjorie (Hardy) Lanko; a sister, Tina (John) Brown; two daughters, Madison Gruzwalski who was lovingly gifted to another family and Gabrielle Lovett; one son, Corbin Lovett; four half-sisters, Kimberly Seagers, Margie (Adam) Lanko-Craig, Tracy Nichols, Dana (John) Moore; a half-brother, John Lanko; as well as aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews, too numerous to name. She was preceded in death by her father, Johnny Lanko; grandparents, George H & Loretta A. (Boisselle) Hardy and numerous other relatives.

She enjoyed soccer, fishing, NASCAR and following U of M sports. Sheri will be remembered as a loving, goofy person who drew people to her resulting in many friendships.

Memorial services for the family are being held at Farley Estes Dowdle Funeral Home & Cremation Care, officiated by Rev. John D. Fleckenstein
