Shirley A. Danin

Ms. Shirley Star Danin, 93, of Harbor Springs, MI died Friday, November 26, 2021. Born in Battle Creek to Morris and Celia Star, she moved to Saginaw, MI where she was a longtime resident and spent the past 20 years in Harbor Springs, MI. She was a member of Temple B'nai Israel in Saginaw, a member of the Temple Sisterhood, a clarinetist from Interlochen Center for the Arts, a gourmet cook, a worldwide traveler and active at Birchwood Farms Country Club in Harbor Springs.

Survivors include daughters, Ms. Charlyce Kowalchuk (Rick) of VA., Ms. Susan Dickey (Dan) of MI, Ms. Beth Varner (Tom) of MI., four grandchildren, Morgan, Collin, Sarah and Ben an two great-grandsons, Grayson and Ethan.
