Shirley A. Hunt

Shirley Ann (French) Hunt, age 87, passed away on Monday, April 5, 2021 at Park Village Pines.

She was born on May 14, 1933 in South Haven to Harold Lyle and Anna Winoa (Wilmot) French. She was united in marriage to Orval Hunt Jr. on September 2, 1950.

Shirley was a creative and talented woman. She enjoyed cake decorating and cooking for family dinners. She also liked to sketch, paint, play guitar and write music.

Shirley is survived by her daughter, Sherry L. (Greg) Crawford; a son, Orval Larry (Kathy) Hunt; grandchildren, Josh (Ashley) Crawford, Hannah (Dustin) Bivins, and Kasey (Justin) Dinzik; great-grandchildren, Brendan, Benjamin, Brian, Charlie, Madeline, and Wren and a brother, William (Sandy) French. She was preceded in death by her husband, Orval, on October 31, 2013, as well as her parents, three sisters, and four brothers.

A memorial service to celebrate Shirley's life will be held at St. Timothy Episcopal Church in Richland on Saturday, April 17th, 2021 at 10:00 a.m.
