Steven S. Taylor

Steven Scott Taylor, age 40, of Battle Creek, passed away on Tuesday, December 20, 2016 at Bronson Battle Creek. He was born in Saginaw, MI on January 21, 1976.

Steven graduated from the Doris Klaussen Developmental Center in 2002. He has been active with CIR (Community Inclusive Recreation) and the ARC of Calhoun County. Steven loved to bowl, dance, swim, shopping, and going to the library or to "ANYbodies Playground". He especially enjoyed eating out, "Barney", and "Thomas the Train".

As "Barney" would say – He was someone special!!! Steven is survived by his legal guardian and wonderful friend, Carol Berge of Battle Creek.

A visitation will be held 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 27th at Farley Estes Dowdle Funeral Home & Cremation Care, Battle Creek where funeral services to celebrate Steven's life will be held 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, December 28th.
