Tammy Sue Watt

Tammy Sue Watt, 54, of Battle Creek, went to be with her Lord on Sunday, February 16, 2020. She was born on January 2nd, 1966, in Chattanooga, TN, to Dorothy (Howard) and Charles Watt.

Tammy was a photographer and an accountant, but her favorite role was being Grammy to her only grandchild, Naya. She was a life-long student, holding degrees in Accounting and Criminal Justice. She loved to learn and was an avid reader, usually in the middle of multiple books. Her free time was spent crocheting gifts for family and friends, with whom she loved spending time. She was a die-hard Michigan State fan, attending many sporting events each season with her son, Donoven.

Tammy was preceded in death by her parents Charlie and Dot, and stepfather Al Steeves. She is survived by her children John (Katie) Setler of Battle Creek, Heavan (Philip) Papendick of Tallahassee, FL, Donoven Setler of Battle Creek, and granddaughter Naya Setler. She is also survived by sisters Becky Watt, Tonya Bridges, Tiffany Allred, and brother Jess Steeves, and multiple nieces and nephews.

Please join family and friends in a Celebration of Tammy's Life on Saturday, February 22nd, at the American Legion Post # 298, from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Autism Society of America or National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
