Teddy Roy Holcombe

Teddy R Holcombe, 88, of Battle Creek, went home to the Lord on November 25, 2021. Teddy was born August 5, 1933 in Sulphur Rock, Arkansas to Roe and Gertie (Weaver) Holcombe. He served honorably in the U.S. Army and worked his entire career at Clark Equipment, as a machinist and later an expeditor.

Teddy was a long-time member of the 20th Street Church of Christ. He enjoyed gardening and walking with his beloved dog, Koko, but mainly spending time with family and friends.

Teddy married the former Bonnie Sims, October 21, 1952, who survives. He is also survived by daughters, Jackie (Gary) Gillings and Jill (Ron) Coss; sisters, Carolyn (Tom) Hacker and Grace (Tim) Morello; grandchildren, Evan (Britni) Coss and Cory Coss; a great-grandson, Hendrix Coss, niece Jodi O'Hara, nephews Vince Wilson and Doug Wilson and many cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and a brother, Joe Weaver.

A graveside service to celebrate Teddy's life will be 2:00 p.m., Monday, December 6, 2021 at Floral Lawn Memorial Gardens, officiated by Pastor Josh Hydrick.
