Theresa Yother

Theresa A. Yother, age 63, of Battle Creek passed away Monday morning, February 15, 2021 at Bronson Battle Creek. She was born in Chicago, Illinois on November 6, 1957 the daughter of Clyde and Shirley (Parrish) Yother, and was raised by her loving parents, Norm "Red" and Nina Chilton. Theresa worked in several departments at the Federal Center in Battle Creek for many years.

Theresa is survived by her children, Willie (Kery) Yother, T.J. Little & Brandiann (Dustin) Cosby and their children. She is also survived by her brothers & sisters, Betty, Tommie, Brenda, Shannon, Ace and Mark, and dear friends, Brad & Lisa Smith and their son, Bradley. Theresa was preceded in death by the "Love of Her Life" Todd Little in 2008; her parents; and her brother, Terry.

Family was everything to Theresa. She truly loved to spend time with her family, especially her grandchildren, and of course, she loved "Sailing" as often as she could.

The family will receive friends 3:00 to 6:00 p.m., Sunday, February 21, 2021 at Farley Estes Dowdle Funeral Home & Cremation Care. Masks will be required and social distancing limitations will be followed. Graveside services to celebrate her life will be held 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, February 23, 2021 at Floral Lawn Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
