If you are reading this, it means my life's journey has come to an end. Hastened by "The Big C". I was a lifelong resident of Bellevue. I was born to Eugene "Jeep" and Betsy (nee Hall) Poyer on July 1, 1958. I attended Bellevue Schools and hold degrees from Kellogg Community College. I married my beautiful wife, Denise (Brush) on June 14, 1986. I was employed in engineering and research & development during my career for CareFree, Linn Products, Kellogg Institute, and Eaton. I retired April 1, 2020 following my diagnosis. Denise and I enjoyed travel, RVing and boating. I also enjoyed NASCAR, motorsports, Michigan football, playing golf, softball and bowling. I am survived by my wife of nearly 36 years, brother, Eugene (Marilyn) Poyer, sister, Jan Wolever and stepmother, Dorothy Poyer. I was preceded in death by my parents, Jeep and Betsy and brothers Brian and Bruce.
