Timothy Thawng Nei Thang

Timothy Thawng Nei Thang, age 42, of Springfield unexpectedly passed away on Thursday afternoon, October 1, 2015. He was born in Falam, Chin State, Burma on March 19, 1973, the loving son of Biak Hmung and Hrang Meng. Timothy worked for many years at Musashi Auto in Battle Creek.

Timothy is survived by his wife, Sui Thluai; his children, Hannah Hnem Par, Amy Nuam Mawi, William Thawng Nei Thang, and Judith Sui Hnem Thang; his brothers and sister, Tin Tin of Burma, Nang Ngaih Kim of Burma, Tluang Lian Thawng of Texas, and Sui Nawl Thang of Battle Creek. He was sadly preceded in death by his parents, and his brothers, Cung Lal, and Kap Lal.

The family will receive friends 10:00 to 11:00 a.m., Saturday, October 10, 2015 at the Lakeview Baptist Church 7 South 20th Street, Battle Creek where funeral services to celebrate his life will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday.
