Treva Annette (Duncan) Jackson
Treva was born September 2, 1965 to John and Mattie (Duncan) Washington in Warren, Ohio. She passed July 25, 2013 at Bronson
Battle Creek Hospital. Treva loved the Lord, her family and friends.
She graduated June 1983 from Redford High School and attended Ferris State University. Treva worked at Summit Pointe as Assistant Case Manager for 28 years. She loved cooking, collecting movies and shopping.
She was a loving mother, daughter, and grandmother. She leaves to mourn her mother and stepfather, Mattie (Phillip) Washington, two sons, James Anthony Jackson of Battle Creek and Erwin Jerome Jackson, II of Albion, one sister, Janet Duncan of Lansing, stepsister Michelle Stien of Albion, two grandchildren, Erwin Jerome Jackson, III, and Kaliana Jackson, one brother, Phillip W. Washington, II of Tempe, Arizona. She will be missed and always loved by her family.
She was an avid tennis player and won several championship tournament. She was a member of Emmmuel Convenant Church and her favorite Bible verse was Phillipians Chapter 4 Verse 13 "I can do all things through Christ who strenthens me."
The family will receive friends Wednesday, July 31st from 5-7pm
at Farley-Estes & Dowdle Funeral Home. A home going celebration will
be held 11:00am, Thursday, August 1, 2013 at the funeral home, with Pastor Malcomb K. Crawford officiating. Interment will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery. Friends who wish may make memorial contribution to the family. Personal messages for the family may be placed at www.farleyestesdowdle.com
