Vickie (Montague) Forman, 75, of Battle Creek, Michigan, passed away on December 20, 2025. Born on June 8, 1950, in Battle Creek, she was the daughter of James R. and Alice K. (Shirlaw) Montague.
Vickie was a graduate of Delton-Kellogg High School, Class of 1968. She worked for many years at the Federal Center in Battle Creek and later at First Congregational Church following her retirement.
She enjoyed reading, crafting, knitting, puzzles and time with friends and family. Above all, she loved attending the many events and activities of her grandchildren. She took great pride in her home, thoughtfully filling it with the favorites of those she loved, so you always knew she had you in mind.
She is survived by her children, Scott Forman (Battle Creek) and Traci (Tom) Bell (Charlotte), and her grandchildren, Madison (fiancé Jacob Clements), Haley, Jake, Alaina, Charlie, and McKinley and sisters Mary (Bob) Anderson (Battle Creek) and Jean (Raymond) Shutt (Tennessee). She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard L. Forman, her parents, James R. Montage and Alice K. Montague and her sister Peggy A. Olivarri.
A celebration of her life will be held 6:00-8:00 p.m. Monday, January 5, 2026, at Farley Estes Dowdle Funeral Cremation Preneed Care in Battle Creek.
Vickie will be laid to rest at Fort Custer National Cemetery, with her husband.
