Warren Charles Beard

Warren Charles Beard, age 58, of Battle Creek went to be with his Lord & Savior on Wednesday evening, March 18, 2015 at the Bronson Battle Creek Hospital. He was born in Hastings, Michigan on November 30, 1956, the loving son of Charles E. and Cecilia E. (Buckeridge) Beard and graduated from Bellevue High School.

Warren married Kaythi Hlaing in Hastings on September 28, 2007; she survives. He is also survived by his mother, Cecilia Beard of Bellevue; his children, Justin Beard of Lacey, Derick "Ricky" Beard of Delton, Rene Beard of Lacey, Sut Beard and Matt Beard, both of Battle Creek; 5 grandchildren; a sister, Dawn Wallace of Bellevue; 2 brothers, David (Tami) Beard of Bellevue, Terry Beard of Battle Creek, and several nieces & nephews. Warren was sadly preceded in death by his father, Charles Beard on February 25, 2015.

The family will receive friends 5:00 to 8:00 p.m., Friday, March 20, 2015 at the Farley-Estes & Dowdle Home. Funeral services to celebrate Warren's life will be held 12:00 noon, Saturday, March 21, 2015 at the First Baptist Church of Battle Creek. Interment will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery.
