William (Bill) Nelson Felter IV, 38, originally of Battle Creek, Mich., passed away Dec. 23, 2019, in Spokane, Wash.
Bill was preceded in death by his parents, William Felter III and Tracy Pierce, both of Battle Creek.
He is survived by his children, Haylea (Wyatt) Mattingly and Lexus Felter. He is also survived by his stepfather, Thomas Pierce, and his sister, Jennie Hepler Takens. Bill also is survived by his uncles, Doug (Sherri) Felter and Terry (Ronette) Felter, Paul (Becky) Woods; an aunt, Marilyn Ashley; and many cousins.
As per his request, cremation has taken place.
