Wilma Phillips-Hale

Wilma Phillips-Hale passed away Wednesday evening, June 19, 2013. Wilma was born December 16, 1929 in Kalamazoo, the daughter of Troy and Bernice Brock. She had been a resident of Richland most of her life. Wilma married Art Phillips June 23, 1950 and together they raised their three children in a loving and caring home. Daughters, Gail (Bruce) Guenther of Springhill, Tennessee, Connie (Dan) Wentzel of Kalamazoo and son Jim Phillips of Kalamazoo. She had seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
Wilma was a member of the New Hope Covenant Church. She was a sweet and caring person who enjoyed friends and family.
A memorial service will be held11:00 am, July 20, 2013 at the New Hope Covenant Church, 9300 East D Avenue, Richland. Memorial contributions may be made to the church.
